Why pull the fuse if the battery is disconnected and there is no power isnt that the same concept or am I way off?

How do I drain/siphon my gas out? My car was broken down for over a year and I just got it running again. But since the gas has been sitting for over a year it's lost most of it's combustibility.

Howdy. I am in Oz sorting out sons Ford Territory. Not sure if they are same type but assembly looks the same. The only difference is that my post was a spline arrangement. Had the tiny grooves for female end to slide on to. Yours looked quite corroded after you took it off so couldn't see. It looks like I may need some type of puller tool also. Ta for links. Bought a second hand assembly from wrecker for $35 Aus. Can't seem to unclip the part of the assembly that swivels otherwise I could just transfer that part.

Do you have a part number for the hose with the T that you disconnected from the hose that you replaced? I need that hose. For the life of me I cannot find that hose listed anywhere, but you mentioned that you had replaced it. The push-on fitting that goes into the temperature sensor neck is leaking. I wonder if I can just replace the o-ring in that connection to the temperature sensor neck. Help please!

2014 ford escape transmission Hello, i bought a 2014 Ford escape titanium, after i bought it at an auction i drove like a third Of a mile and it started to rev a lot, didnt wanted to move and then suddenly going into gearwith a heavy bang. All Of these happening again and again, i bought it because it looked mint condition and sometimes they are, but i got bad luck, does these transmission issues happened to anyone here? Any advice? I havent take it to a mechanic yet but id like to go with some references, thank you.

is there anything else I have to do? The car sounds like it wants to start now but still isn't running. I've had the high pressure fuel pump replaced, battery replaced, and the low pressure fuel sensor replaced and it still won't start. Codes I'm getting are P26B7 and P0087.

Absolutely no need to remove the weatherstriping, side panel and glove box to access this fuse. Just remove the fuse box foot well cover as shown and you have access to the airbag fuse.

Tap on a 21mm 6-point Socket once they swell up and replace all with solid lug nuts.

Thanks a lot. The only thing is you could've shown how to get it off the front tabs a bit more. We were afraid to pull hard on the front, and we ended up taking off the black grill cover, so we could see where the tabs were there, and also, it was impossible to disengage the electric part, until we took the bumper off halfway, and then one of us disconnected it, while the other held the bumper half off. Finally, we had to also take off the front license plate and a tab under it. We needed a bit more info on how to take off just the top part of each plastic tab, so that we could reuse them. My friend, luckily, knew that, but most people might not know how to reuse them and it was hard to put them back on. Thanks!

my 2020 Ford escape Titanium came with a 10mm screw and that I was able to reach with a rench thus keeping me from removing the bumper. :)

Thank you, you really helped me, I didn't have any trouble getting it out, and took little more to put back in, and the painter's tape was great idea although I had to use duct tape, "if you can't fix it, duct it" as it is said.

I only have the spare key without the functions so would I still be able to add functions to the new key without the old master key with functions ?
